The processed personal data is collected as provided directly by the interested party or when automatically provided.

The data provided directly by the interested party are all the personal data that are provided to the Data Controller in any way, directly by the interested party. In particular, the following personal data are collected and processed:

- list of collected data according to the different processing purposes:
a) Information and travel request: name, email.
b) Subscribe to the newsletter: email.

The data collected automatically is the navigation data. The data collected automatically is the navigation data. Such data, although not collected in order to be associated with the identity of the user, could indirectly, through processing and associations with data collected by the Data Controller, allow its identification. In particular:

a) IP address;
b) Browser used.

After the sending of the newsletters, the platform used makes it possible to detect the opening of a message and the clicks made within the newsletter itself. The collection of these data is fundamental for the functioning of the implicit renewal systems of the treatment (see the heading Processing Methods) and an integral part of the operations of the sending platform.


The data is processed exclusively for the purposes for which it was collected, as described below.

We use the data provided by the interested parties to:
a) Manage pre-contractual activities in response to specific requests concerning travel or general contact requests;
b) Send periodic newsletters, subject to specific user consent, regarding information on events, trips, and tours.

The provision of the data listed in the "Collected Data" section for the purposes referred to in points a) and b) is mandatory to allow the company to answer requests and to the interested party to access the newsletter service. For this reason, the consent is required and any refusal to process or the failure to supply the data could result in the impossibility of a correct delivery of the service.

The Company does not provide to any third party the users information without their consent, except when required by law.

In any case, the distribution and transfer of the data outside the EU area is excluded.
The data in electronic format is managed by Novacomitalia Srl, appointed as External Data Processor, on servers located in Italy and subject to strict confidentiality, integrity, and availability controls.


The interested party can withdraw his consent to the receipt of tour and travel communications immediately, by sending a request to the email address info@goitalyasiarca.it or by clicking on the appropriate unsubscribe link that can be found in the footer of each newsletter received.


Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In any case is provided the annual verification of the data retained in order to delete those deemed obsolete, unless the law does not request archiving obligations.

The processing of data usually takes place at the Company's headquarters, by personnel or external collaborators duly designated as data processors.

The subscription to the newsletter and related processing are considered valid until the user unsubscribes it, present in every e-mail, or after 24 months from the last communication of which it has evidence of direct interaction (click, open, reply).

The personal data will be processed by the Company only as far as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes referred to in the section "LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE DATA TREATMENT". In particular, personal data will be processed for a period of time equal to the minimum necessary, as indicated by Recital 39 of the Regulation, ie until the termination of the existing contractual relationship between the interested party and the Company except for a further period of conservation which may be imposed by law as also established by Recital 65 of the Regulation.


Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and of the art. 13 GDPR each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain from the Company the indication:

- the purposes and methods of processing;
- of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic / IT tools;
- of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative;
- of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data can be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.

Furthermore the interested party has, from the Company:
- the right to obtain the updating, rectification or integration of their data;
